Last time I was rambling about Charles- I can't help it, he's way too interesting character. But now is time for Erik. First of all- Charles as an object of Erik's fascination. In the movie, I guess, Charles seems to be the one more fascinated, but then Erik is the one to say the famous words: "I want you by my side." So the whole "fascination" seems to work both ways and I'm really glad I can see it in your story. They both know they're equals and are not afraid to admit it. Second thing is the fact Erik is trying to "tame" Charles, he doesn't try to rush anything. Somehow it suits him: he was in Shaw's hands, so he knows how to treat Charles. Of course Raven is the one to notice all his efforts and I have to admit that Erik's answer is beautiful in its simplicity. Ha wants Charles just because he wants him, nothing more. Also I love the scene in which Charles greets Raven. Not being able to touch other people is hardly imaginable, it would be extremely hard. The desire to touch and to be touched is so basic for human beings... So I'm very, very happy to see Erik's efforts have results and I'm waiting to see them in action. Also- the tag "ororo is awesome" couldn't be more true, she's awesome. All in all: as always wonderful job, I'm waiting for more. Oh, one more thing- maybe it's stupid question but while writing this comment I started to wonder if Charles could touch animals... Anyway, I'm looking forword for the next chapter!
